- We are NOT a typical “GYM” where you walk around and use “equipment”. We actually help you get results and accomplish your goal.
- Our program was created by our founder, Jason Greenspan, a 30- year Fitness Industry Authority/Educator & Coach.
- We only hire fitness professionals that have between 10-30′ years experience helping men and women over 55 improve their fitness level.
- You have a set appointment each week to train in a small group of three to six people that mimics private training, but at 1/3rd of the cost of personal training.
- We track your progress and send out weekly check-ins to help keep you on track to accomplish your goals.
