Excellent. Can you list some of the best blocks to visit?
Oh, WOW. Thank you. Great photos of wonderful decorations. West 69th Street has a spooky walk on Halloween afternoon and early evening.
Thanks for highlighting the annual rite of decorating brownstones for Halloween. It’s always fun to come upon them (except maybe for that severed head). Stephen’s photos also highlight the lively diversity of architecture on our brownstone blocks. Such distinctive stoops and windows — no cookie cutter buildings here. (I’ll leave it to others to discuss the dull architecture of the new behemoths rising like toxic mushrooms along the avenues.)
