Hudson River Park’s largest free summer event is here! The 24th annual Blues BBQ Festival returns to Pier 76 on Saturday, August 10, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, featuring a sizzling mix of blues music, mouth-watering food and community fun.
This celebrated festival highlights top blues artists on two stages. On the main stage, catch three-time Blues Music Award nominee Alexis P. Suter, Zydeco star Blackcat Zydeco with Dwight Carrier, dynamic vocalist Sheryl Youngblood, the legendary Joe Louis Walker and the Altered Five Blues Band. The Second Stage, presented by Jazz Foundation of America, showcases local talents like Phil Young & his House of Blues, Broadway star Tina Fabrique, versatile violinist Charles Burnham, soulful Beareather Reddy and Gordon Lockwood.
Enjoy BBQ from festival favorites like Mighty Quinn’s, Blue Smoke and Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, along with unique options from Kimchi Smoke, a Korean style barbecue, and Jase’s BBQ serving up unique flavors from Trinidad and Tobago. Bark BBQ, a Brooklyn-based joint specializing in Dominican-style Texas barbecue, will also be on hand, and Dickson’s Farmstand will feature locally sourced artisanal meats. Chef Big Papa from Big Papa Smokem will be serving his Cuban-inspired, world-class barbecue as well. Save some room for hand-made mexican ice cream from La Newyorkina!
The festival also features family-friendly activities, arts and crafts, a Blues Dance Floor with classes, an instrument petting zoo, game zones and a new BBQ Marketplace.

It would be helpful if the story included where Pier 76 is. Even when you go to the link it does not say.
@Pepper, it’s on 34th and the river.
What happens if it rains? Which is likely.
