The Webby-winning ALL ARTS series How Art Changed Me returns to screens this spring with specials guests, including movie star Barbara Barrie (“One Potato, Two Potato”), Tony-nominated actress and Billboard #1 recording artist Shoshana Bean (“Mr. Saturday Night,” “Wicked”) and trans activist Peppermint (“RuPaul’s Drag Race”).

“How Art Changed Me” highlights the intimate and personal stories about the transformative potential of arts on individuals’ lives. The series explores how the arts are a tool for dealing with everything from mental health issues to self-discovery.

Episodes debut on the ALL ARTS YouTube channel as part of Broadway and Beyond a special collection of Broadway and other theatre content.

Shoshana Bean opens up about the impact music and theater had on her life. From landing her first Broadway role to stepping off the stage into the recording studio, the “Hell’s Kitchen” actress shares what she was thinking and feeling during these pivotal moments of her career.

Peppermint discusses her journey to self-awareness and the critical role art has played. Speaking to the importance of representation, she explores how one character from Broadway’s “RENT” showed her what authentic trans love looks like and dispelled harmful stereotypes pushed by early 2000s media.

And in a new episode premiering Monday, June 3 at 8 p.m. ET, Academy Award nominated actress Barbara Barrie discusses what it means to be an actor and how this enduring role shaped her life. Sign up for a premiere day reminder:
