April is National Volunteer Appreciation Month. DOROT wants to recognize our wonderful volunteers who serve our community. Last year, DOROT engaged 6,900 volunteers, aged 8 to 80+. Our volunteers brought warmth and companionship to thousands of older New Yorkers through friendly visits and phone calls, errand runs, invaluable tech help and much more.
