Isn’t Runtz the name of the cannabis dispensary on Amsterdam near 83rd Street? Maybe look into who bought/sold that hoodie?
Runtz is a national cannabis brand and strain of marijuana. The hoodie is disconnected from the store on the UWS.
“Man”…
I guess he’s protecting himself and all of us from Covid with that mask…
Until very recently, we haven’t had a shooting on West 61st Street since the 1980s. This inane proliferation of guns and knives and the insane notion of “I’ll just stab or shoot you, and then all my problems will be solved,” makes me wonder what kind of mental deficiency these clowns have.
Too many guns and too many people who think violence is the answer to everything. It starts from the top. When political leaders take the position that violence is an acceptable political tool , it legitimizes violence across the board.
Actually, it starts with the parents who raised these criminals. It’s time for them to be accountable in some way for their offspring’s actions if they are minors. Preventing such crimes starts with raising children to be law-abiding citizens. Once that fails, as it continues to do, society is left to deal with the consequences, which are overwhelmingly expensive and burdensome, especially to the innocent victims.
I agree Susan, however the others who should be held responsible are the judges who repeatedly let these criminals out onto our streets.
