The Children’s Museum of Manhattan on the Upper West Side is set to take part in Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play on Saturday with a special slate of activities.
There will be a variety of family-friendly programming related to the popular television show Paw Patrol, including designing superhero gadgets, constructing obstacle courses, and the chance to meet characters from the show.
Nickelodeon’s Worldwide Day of Play is an annual event dedicated to “experiencing joyful learning through play” by focusing on “getting kids and their families up, out and playing around.”
Here is the complete list of activities, which will run Saturday from 10:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m at the museum on West 83rd Street between Broadway and Amsterdam.

The Mighty Pup in You!
Every Mighty Pup has cool equipment that helps them power up like helmets, two-way radios, binoculars, and more. What kind of equipment do you need to complete your mighty transformation? Create a gadget or tool to go along with your power! Don’t forget to add a symbol or sign that represents you!

Mighty Pup Training Camp
All Mighty Pups must train to make sure they are ready to save the day! Practice your super skills and challenge yourself to complete this training course!

Complete your epic transformation into a Mighty Pup by designing a Mighty Mask of your

Entrance into the museum costs $16.75 for all non-senior citizens over the age of one, but the activities are all included and free once inside.
The Children’s Museum of Manhattan has served the Upper West Side since 1973, where it helps bring in 35,000 visitors to the neighborhood each year. It currently is in the process of transforming a church on Central Park West and West 96th Street into a new museum space.
