The man with the golden ears, Clive Davis is parting ways with his 4,400-square-foot apartment at The Rushmore on 80 Riverside Boulevard. With sweeping views of the Hudson River, the single-floor space consists of six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and hit after hit of top-of-the-line appliances.

The five-time Grammy winner who was inducted into the Rock-and-Roll Hall of Fame in 2000 told the Robb Report that the domicile used to be occupied by his daughter, entertainment lawyer and New York University arts professor, Lauren Davis. “My daughter Lauren and her family lived at 80 Riverside Boulevard for years, and she loved the building and its services,” said Davis.

The palatial sun-filled residence, unit 6BL, features a massive gourmet kitchen with dark wood cabinets, blonde quartzite countertops and dual stainless-steel appliances, including two Viking stoves, two Sub-Zero refrigerators and two Miele dishwashers. The kitchen segues into the dining area, which can comfortably seat more than 15 guests.

Oversized windows that show off the western views of the Hudson River and Riverside Park South complement the living room, which extends over 35 feet. Elsewhere, the primary bedroom also showcases direct river views, two walk-in closets, and a separate, large sitting room/home office for hatching your next deal.

The primary bathroom encompasses Travertine stone flooring with a double sink vanity, as well as a large separate shower stall and soaking tub. Most of the spacious bathrooms offer a marble vanity with beautiful basket weave marble flooring. There are also two washers and two dryers.

The Rushmore, built between 2006-2007 offers a plethora of amenities, including a 24-hour doorman, concierge service, an indoor swimming pool and steam room, movie theater, billiards room, and a fitness center. Taxes and common charges will run you $13,000 a month.

Born in Brooklyn, Clive Davis recently worked with former Mayor Bill de Blasio on “The Official NYC Homecoming Concert,” post-pandemic in 2022. Some of his most famous clients include Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen, Janis Joplin and Pink Floyd.
