Please, if you are thinking about harming yourself or attempting suicide, reach out to a trusted other or call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255). “We’re all in this together.”

Still a big stigma to suicide.
Pseudonym so I’ll take a chance at helping someone.
Suicide attempts CAN be entirely impulsive. I know. I survived. And I am so grateful every single day (minute). You can “ have it all,” and be in relatively temporary INTENSE emotional pain and think the only way to break free is suicide. Do ANYTHING but that. Just go to a fire house or a hospital. ANYTHING.
Trust me, you CAN get better. Just BREAK that TEMPORARY INSANITY and desperation.
Please.
