The sunflower is the national flower of Ukraine. The photographer, Stephen Harmon, has been sidelined for a bit, but has let us know he’s on the mend and will be out and about with his camera again soon. It can’t be soon enough!
“I would not wish heart surgery on my worst enemy!!” Steve said. “I came through it well and I think if I do all the hard recovery work, I will be back to all my usual activities in a few weeks. I received so many good wishes for a speedy recovery and so many messages of being in people’s thoughts and prayers and so many other messages of hope, encouragement, optimism and more. They were very important to me and I cherish each one. I thank you. I thank you.”
