The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is back filming on the Upper West Side in the 80s, and an Instagrammer known as @upperwestsidemanhattan got a close-up view of some of the stars. The first shot is of star Rachel Brosnahan. The show is now filming its fourth season.

They kept coming and going…the giant white trucks early mornings … they displaced the parking cars.
But they also displaced the fairly territorial guy next to Chipotle with his bookshelves … of somewhat sorry books.
They even had a scene there yesterday evening… good news is that the TV crews are gone … the man is back by this evening …with a few suitcases and backpacks. More hostile than before.

I am really looking forward to the next season – what a great show!

What happened to the person/people who had moved into the doorway of Artie’s? How did they get them to leave?

They paid the stores money. One of the coordinators told me.

They probably gave some money to that person too for Location Location Location because one day after he came back, his books and other stuff was back too in big newish Home Depot boxes. He could not do that much packing alone. He often has buddies there. Perhaps they also helped. I did not ask him about the detailed arrangements. He was not very friendly with me once when I tried to charge my phone at HIS charging station. Indeed there are several others nearby.
His area stinks again pretty badly.

That’s my friend Max looking natty in the 2nd photo. He said they were 14 hours shooting at Artie’s; 14 hours on his feet, playing a deli customer!
