Thursday December 12th to Saturday December 14th, 2019

The ArtWorks Studio at the West Side YMCA will host its 41st Annual Holiday Crafts Fair December 12, 13, and 14 in the Y’s George Washington Lounge. The event will showcase over 500 handmade, one-of-a-kind ceramic art pieces and hand crafted jewelry created by over 39 ArtWorks students, assistants, and teachers who study and work out of the Y’s ArtWorks Studio. It’s the perfect time to purchase an original piece of art that has real value and lasting impact at an affordable price. A POTTERY PREVIEW will be on display in the ArtWorks Lobby Display Case starting the week of December 1, 2019. Twenty percent of all proceeds go back into the program to fund ArtWorks Studio supplies.

The Opening Reception will be Thursday 12/12 from 6 to 9pm; a Meet The Artist Reception will be Friday 12/13 from 6 to 9 pm and an Afternoon Tea will be Saturday 12/14 from 4 to 6:30 – our closing day. The ArtWorks Crafts Fair is FREE to the public and is an exciting opportunity to mingle with the artists, learn about their craft and our ArtWorks classes and share refreshments with the Y community.
