Sales have commenced at Harlem’s most distinct luxury condominium.

Eleven Hancock is located at Morningside Park, a coveted location at the heart of the most vibrant and iconic neighborhood in New York City. Designed by Issac Stern Architects and with interiors by Escobar Design by Lemay, the 12-story building will comprise 71 studio to four-bedroom residences. Italian crafted kitchens by Cesar were expertly designed in complimentary tones with immaculate attention to detail. A state of the art Miele appliance suite is concealed behind handsome millwork while durable Calacatta quartz lines the kitchen’s countertop and backsplash.

Eleven Hancock boasts a dramatic cantilevered design highlighted by a façade of alternating horizontal zinc- and rust-colored bands. Oversized industrial-inspired windows are a highlight of each residence.

A number of thoughtfully designed amenities including a fitness center, residents lounge, playroom and two large outdoor landscaped spaces with BBQ stations and outdoor seating areas, among others.

Eleven Hancock is located in the center of Harlem’s vibrant music, arts and culinary scene, just one block from Morningside Park and a few blocks from the legendary Apollo Theater, Columbia University and the bourgeoning Factory District. Eleven Hancock is just three minutes from the 125th Street station where the A, C, B and D subway lines will get you to Midtown in just ten minutes.

New York City based developer Nortco is developing the project with Halstead Development Marketing’s Krantz + Krantz Group as the exclusive marketing and sales firm for the project. Pricing starts at $580,000.
