91-Year-Old Goes Missing from West End Avenue Apartment

A 91-year-old man who lives at 930 West End Avenue (between 105th Street and 106th Street) went missing on Monday morning, police said. They sent out the following bulletin.

It was reported to police that Elias Franquiz was last seen at his residence on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 0900 hours. He is described as male Hispanic, 5’4″, 190lbs with brown eyes and a goatee. He was last seen wearing a blue cap, green shirt and blue jeans.

A photograph is attached.
