Police Say Man Groped Woman at 79th Street Subway Station

The NYPD is looking for the man depicted in the surveillance image above and video below, because police say he groped a woman in the 79th Street train station earlier this month.

On Friday, November 2, 2018 at about 10:10 p.m., the man approached the 39-year-old female victim inside the subway station at Broadway and West 79th Street, police said. “While inside the subway station, the male intentionally touched victim’s buttocks,” police said.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, approximately 25-35 years-old. He was last seen wearing a dark hat, dark jacket and tank pants [assuming this means tan], carrying a bag.
