21 West End offers a sophisticated oasis that marries many elements of chic hotel life with high-rise luxury rental apartments. With polished design by SLCE Architects with unit interiors and amenities by ICRAVE, 21 West End boasts impeccably-designed studio- to three- bed layouts and a best-in-class amenities package including an arcade, children’s playroom surrounded by indoor dog run, library, wine-tasting room and restaurant and bar called Café 21, to name a few.

21 West End is welcoming the community into their backyard. On Sunday, October 7th from 11am-4pm, please join them for food, drinks and Fall fun. The entrance will be on 60th Street at West End Avenue where you will find a host of food trucks and delicious bites from Cafe 21.

You will also have the opportunity to shop hand selected locally based NYC vendors and retailers who offer a variety of goods and merchandise. Pumpkin painting, petting zoo, face painting, virtual reality ride, and two bouncy houses are also going to be present for the day’s excitement.

In addition to the activities, you will be able to visit a handful of the in-house retailers (like Soul Cycle, Starbucks, New York Kids Club, Central Rock Gym, and Biscuits and Bath) who are a part of the property. Throughout the day, 21 West End will be hosting open house tours for perspective residents.

If you are interested in joining a tour and learning more about the building, you can visit them at the welcome table located at the main entrance to the building near the corner of 61st Street and Freedom Place. For more information on this spectacular property, head directly to www.21westendnyc.com or call the leasing office at 212-707-8700 to schedule an appointment for a tour with one of their leasing agents. And don’t forget to mark your calendars for the October Fall Festival on October 7th–it’s going to be a fantastic day!

Our primary goal is to create a safe and respectful space where a broad spectrum of voices can be heard. We welcome diverse viewpoints and encourage readers to engage critically with one another’s ideas, but never at the expense of civility. Disagreement is expected—even encouraged—but it must be expressed with care and consideration. Comments that take cheap shots, escalate conflict, or veer into ideological warfare detract from the constructive spirit we aim to cultivate.
