Silver Stars Fitness caters and specializes in working with men and women over the age of 50. Instructors are certified, experienced professionals that are friendly and passionate about helping you.Services include personal training, Yoga, Massage and Thai therapy, stretching sessions and Tai Chi. Small group classes including, Yoga, Balance & Fall Prevention and 30 Minute Total Body Conditioning classes are also offered.

Tuesday: 30 Minute Circuit @12pm
Wednesday: 30 Minute Circuit training 1030am
Thursday: 30 Minute Circuit Training 10:00am
Friday: 30 Minute Circuit training 12:30
Sunday: Yoga @12pm
