Happy Thanksgiving! You’ve been sitting and enjoying food and family for hours. Now it’s time to try the exercises below.
IF YOU HAVE ANY ORTHOPEDIC CONCERNS- WORK WITHIN YOUR COMFORT ZONE AND DO WHAT YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING.
Perform each exercise for 45 seconds. Rest for 30 seconds and move on to the next exercise. Rest 60 seconds at the end of the circuit and repeat for a 2nd round.
1. Marching- Stand tall in place and pick up feet as if you were marching.
2. Wall push-ups, table top or full push-ups. Choose the push-up that best suits your level of fitness. Wall push-up for beginners, table top is for intermediates and full push -up is for the advanced.
3. Lateral walking or shuffling- Beginners walk sideways. Intermediate and advanced will shuffle. Make sure to keep hips neutral while walking or shuffling.
4. Plank- Wall planks for beginners, table top planks for intermediate and full planks on the floor for the advanced.
5. Squats or sit to stands- Sit on chair with feet shoulder-width apart. Lean forward slightly and stand. Sit back while keeping chest up to lower to chair. Do as many squats as you can in 45 seconds.

Sunday: Yoga @12pm
Al classes are five weeks. Drop-ins are welcome per space avaiability. Space is limited as all classes have a four person maximum, except for Yoga, which has a six person maximum.
