An unidentified woman was found dead in Central Park early Thursday morning, police said.

Someone called police at 6:15 a.m. to report an unconscious person around 62nd Street and East Drive. Police found the woman, described as possibly being “in her 20’s or 30’s”, unconscious and unresponsive with no signs of trauma to her body. She was fully clothed.

EMS recorded her dead at the scene. The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

There have been multiple people found dead in Central Park this year. None of the instances have been considered criminal cases as of yet.
