Silver Stars Fitness is dedicated to helping women and men over the age of 50 improve their health and fitness.
This coming Saturday, Feb. 4, the studio will hold an open house so people can see how the studio’s trainers can help them design an exercise plan taking into account their fitness level, goals, medical history and other interests.
The open house takes place from 10 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. A free lunch will be served at noon.
From 12:30 to 1:30, Silver Stars Fitness Owner Jason Greenspan will give a talk entitled “Key Ingredients To Help Slow The Aging Process To A Crawl.” Greenspan wrote the book “Fitness For Real Life- The 8 keys to A strong, Powerful & Youthful Body!” Attendees will get a free copy of the book.
People who attend the open house can get 20% off their initial purchase. Husband and wife couples who both sign up can get 25% off.
