Hillary Clinton’s campaign was expected to launch fireworks over the Hudson River on Tuesday night in the event she wins the presidential election. The campaign even got a permit to do so. But the fireworks were apparently called off for an unknown reason, according to the Daily News.

“They do have a permit for fireworks, but at this point we believe the fireworks is canceled,” NYPD Chief of Intelligence Thomas Galati said Monday at a press conference discussing Election Day preparations with Police Commissioner James O’Neill and Mayor de Blasio in a Times Square police station.

I think that the fireworks were cancelled because of the threat to not accept the election results.

ALSO “interesting” is the fact that, at ONE Lincoln Towers polling site, the lines were exceptionally long.

One poll worker said they had run out of two rolls of “I Voted!” stickers, and she estimated that approximately 1,000 people had voted…and it was only noon as we spoke.

Anyone who knows the traditional UWS and/or the Lincoln Towers community may safely surmise that all these votes were for Hillary !

As Arte Johnson’s German Spy character often said on “Laugh-In”, “Verrry In-terr-esh-ting” indeed !

I suspect your cat feels otherwise. (About the fireworks, that is. No idea how your feline friend might feel about the election.)

I don’t think Trump takes humiliation very well, and fireworks might just be the last straw for his gun-toting supporters.

Besides, if he refuses to concede, demands an investigation, at what point do you decide to start the fireworks?

There was a short fireworks display early Sunday evening from New Jersey. I assumed it was practice for the big celebration.

We saw those right across from our windows, it was lovely, couldn’t figure what they were for. Perhaps they did them because they were already set up?

That wasn’t practice for anything. It rivaled and even surpassed some Grucci displays.

It was one of the best fireworks displays short of Macy’s that I have seen with lots of really unusual effects.

Most likely an Asian wedding celebration.

Good cancellation. My cat and I are still traumatized from the pre-Marathon fireworks at Tavern on the Green, more like an explosion than actual well spaced fireworks.

Could it be that SHE knows something that WE don’t?? Like maybe there will be no cause for celebration……at least not on the part of the Clinton campaign! TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT!

Yes, she knows that her supporters will be so busy celebrating when she wins tonight that they won’t need fireworks. 😉

This might be Hillary’s best move in the campaign so far.

Clearly she saw some internal polls in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin that gave her acid reflux.

Or maybe she had a spirit cooking party to attend.

Now let’s drain the swamp.

My wife and I both voted for Trump at One Lincoln.
We have meet Hillary in the past and she really is unlikable in every way possible.

Libs should have picked a candidate that could have won which would have been just about anyone even Big Bird.
