Silver Stars Fitness is dedicated to helping women and men over the age of 50 improve their health and fitness.
We offer small group classes that include Pilates, Yoga, Balance & Fall Prevention, Total Body Strength, Tai Chi and Stretching. Personal Training, Massage Therapy, Private Yoga, Pilates and Tai are also offered, in addition to lectures and client parties.
All instructors are certified, experienced, friendly and specifically trained to work with the baby boomer & beyond client.
On Wednesday, Nov. 2, we’ll be holding an open house from 10 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Lunch, snacks and drinks will be served. Lunch will be served from noon to 4 p.m., And there will be complimentary yoga instruction from noon until 2.
