The 50th season of Lincoln Center’s Mostly Mozart festival starts on Friday, and to kick things off the MTA and Lincoln Center are teaming up to play the famous composer’s music in the subway. On Friday from 10 a.m. until 2p.m. Mozart’s music will be performed in three subway stations – Fulton Center, Time Square-42nd Street, and TurnStyle at 59th Street-Columbus Circle – by various musicians, including a string quartet and a harpist.
Also on Friday, the Mostly Mozart Festival presents a free concert at 7:30 pm, in Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park. “The concert will feature 19-year old violin sensation Simone Porter along with the Mostly Mozart Festival Orchestra, the festival’s resident orchestra, conducted by the beloved Louis LangrĂ©e.”
That looks like the Republican’s interns selfie pic — am not trying to strike a false note, but someone has to face the music.
Creative musical folks at Lincoln Center typically wear black and pose interestingly.
Republican interns wear conservative suits.
Take a look.
