Tipster Sally Martell sent the photo above of a mannequin salvaged from the closing sale at the EMS on 76th street and Broadway. The mannequin is clearly craving some of the prepared foods at Citarella on Broadway and 75th, but is too bashful to enter the store without pants. EMS is set to close for good on Wednesday, Feb. 24.

Yes, EMS closed or is closing imminently, as was reported here on the Rag. Big sale was in progress a couple weeks ago. Their store in SoHo is closing soon, also.
