The West Side Federation of Neighborhood and Block Associations hosted its annual holiday party and presented their Community Service Awards at Chico Julio (98th ands Amsterdam) Monday night. The honorees were New York State Senator Jose Serrano, Council Member Ydanis Rodriguez of the 10th District, Captain Marion Larin of the 24th Precinct, Community Board 7 Chair Elizabeth Caputo, Senior services and support non-profit Project Find, The Director of Veritas House Samaritan Village Young Mother’s Program, and the 104th St. Block Association, which addresses beautification, street safety, and social programs.
