OPEN THREAD WEDNESDAY: TAP THE HIVE MIND

Photo by Caroline Gottlieb of Henry the golden retriever romping in Central Park during off-leash hours. “It was a misty morning in the Park, with the sun blasting through a patch of green on the east side of the Great Lawn. Henry here is returning a ball to me. I feel like I’m walking myself as much as I’m walking the dog on the glorious spring mornings.”

It’s Open Thread Wednesday, where you can speak your mind about topics of interest on the UWS, and tap the collective hive mind of our readers. It’s quite a hive.

Also, feel free to promote local charity events, but don’t tout your taxi-sharing app or new artisanal dumpling restaurant, because we’ll just delete it.

Cool photo!!

I can hardly believe I’m saying this, but I thought the Amsterdam Avenue street fair last Sunday was fantastic. Amazing, enjoyable experience.

Would be great to have a section on the site for local healthcare provider recommendations.

A day late, but, can people please stop letting their dogs drink from the water fountains? I’ve seen it both at Riverside Park and Central Park, it’s gross!
