Stephen Harmon, who has been taking photos of the neighborhood for decades, sent us some shots of the Upper West Side as seen through the window of his Nissan Maxima. “While most photographers go to sleep when it rains, I am out shooting new work through my car window.”

Stephen, these and the other photos you posted from the “bygone days” of the upper west side are really great. I see you make it a point to include the yellow taxis in many shots. What a great splash of color in a sometimes monochromatic scene. Keep shooting and posting!
