The photo above was taken on a high floor of the American Bible Society at 61st street and Broadway at sunrise.
The people who live in the mega-luxury condos that is likely to replace the bible society will get a lovely view of 432 Park Avenue, the building with the antenna at the far end of the park. (Update: A commenter says that’s actually the Bloomberg Building, which is a couple of blocks from 432.)
Clearly, though, the developers will want to build a structure much taller than the bible society so the top floors don’t have to look at the back of the Trump International Hotel & Tower.

Um, facing east I’m sure it will get plenty of sunlight later in the morning and early afternoon.
Maybe they will build an 80 story building all at an affordable price!
