Does anybody remember a band in the 1980s called “Joey Miserable and the Worms”? They played at The Nightingale on East 12th Street and had a song called “Pooper Scooper.” Came out around the time of the new law.

Not sure I’d call it a 3BR – the third “bedroom” is only 8×8.
