BROADWAY MALL ART GALLERY CLOSES TEMPORARILY FOR STREET CONSTRUCTION

The reconstruction of 96th street and Broadway to make it safer for pedestrians has forced the West Side Arts Coalition to close temporarily, according to a letter sent to members. With construction continuing for weeks, the center has also postponed its annual meeting; it’s not clear when it will reopen. See the letter and an aerial picture of the construction below:
