Silver Alert Julie Simmons

We just received this bulletin, along with the picture above:

Silver Alert issued on 10/28/13 at 10:54 PM. NYPD has issued a Silver Alert for Julie Simmons, female, black 69 years old, from 108th Street and Amsterdam Avenue in Manhattan. Ms. Simmons was last seen at her residence at approximately 4:00 PM on Sunday, 10/27. Ms. Simmons is described as 5’9″, 250 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans, and black shoes. She wears a “Safe Return” bracelet on her right wrist and suffers from dementia. If you see Ms. Simmons or have any information regarding her whereabouts, please call 9-1-1.
