FREE CENTRAL PARK FILM FEST STARTS THURSDAY

Central Park is once again holding its summer film festival on the lawn between Sheep Meadow and 72nd street cross drive starting on Thursday, and this year viewers got to choose all of the films. So, if you don’t like the movies, only you and your neighbors are to blame! The movies all start at 8 p.m., but the lawn opens at 6:30 and a DJ will be playing from 6:30 to 8.

And the winners are…

There will be free popcorn, but bring your own picnic and blanket. But don’t bring the following:
Alcohol
Glass bottles
Chairs
Video cameras
Tape recorders
