While you’re out gallivanting about today, keep your eyes open for this lost dog. Notice courtesy of Neighborhood in the Nineties. We’ll try to get a photo up too.

“LOST DOG: Please look out for a dog that got lost this morning by Riverside Park & 98th Street on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. The dog is named Lucky and she’s a 9 month old Shepherd Mix, Black and Gold color. She lives on 95th & Bway and the family is devastated. There’s a flyer with her photo at the 87th street dog run in R’side Park. She is friendly so PLEASE if you see her call her name or call her # on her collar. We hope she is safe wherever she is!”

Sadly, Lucky was hit by a car. This was confirmed by the kind folks at Playground Pups who were also trying to spread the word in the search for Lucky.
