Eva Moskowitz’s Success Charter Schools (which operates a school on 84th Street) received an increase in management fees of almost 50% from SUNY, which made the decision without a vote and after a highly criticized process. Parents had been asking for information about the changes for months, but complained that the state’s process was totally opaquer. Papers were just released on Friday. (NY Daily News)
