Alexander Rosario, a 17-year-old, left St. Luke’s Hospital on 114th Street on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. and hasn’t been seen since, according to the NYPD. He is in good physical condition, but “poor mental condition.” Police are asking for the public’s help to locate him.

Update: He returned on Saturday in good condition, police said.

Anyone with information in regards to this missing is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).  The public can also submit their tips by logging onto Crime Stoppers website at WWW.NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting their tips to CRIMES (274637), then enter TIP577.

For more on Rosario, see DNAinfo.
