Papasito Restaurant, the Mexican restaurant on Broadway and 105th Street, has not paid rent in two months, according to a resident who attended a co-op meeting at the building that houses the restaurant. Papasito has also been criticized for failing to control its loud, raucous crowds, and was denied a liquor license recommendation by Community Board 7. It has a couple of months to impress the board.
