News:
Local businesses have been plagued by a recent string of robberies. Among the shops hit recently were Loehmann’s, where a thief tried to snatch a $480 leopard velour clutch; Sephora, where 3 men swept a counter of Chanel perfume into duffel bags; and Le Pain Quotidien on 72nd Street, where robbers threatened employees with guns and knives, stole their cell phones and demanded $3,000 in cash. Shout out to Murray’s, which has the best best best fish and fixings for SUnday brunch or anytime. I’m getting hungry for their vegetarian chopped liver right NOW.

And glad to hear that poor student has been released from hospital. Hope he mends swiftly.
