Former Citigroup CEO Sandy Weill has already found a buyer for his penthouse apartment at 15 Central Park West, which he put on the market for $88 million a few weeks ago. An agreement has been reached and the buyer is apparently “foreign.” If the apartment goes for anywhere near the asking price, it will be a new record. (NY Post)
A new cafe called Vive La Crepe is about a week away from opening on 68th Street and Columbus next to Bomboloni, according to a contractor I talked to yesterday.
A double-shooting on West 94th Street over the weekend is reminding residents there of the “bad old days”. One victim remains in the hospital, and the shooter is still on the loose. (DNAinfo)
