A 45-year-old man was knocked unconscious near West 82nd Street and Central Park West around 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, police said.

Police have now made arrests in both earlier incidents when older women were randomly punched on the UWS.

Two women, 77 and 81, were hit in the face in seemingly separate UWS incidents on Friday, police said.

A woman was randomly punched in the face and knocked unconscious near West 66th Street on Friday, police said.

“These were unprovoked attacks. Johnson was unhinged,” one witness told WSR, calling the situation “both terrifying and sad.”

"All of sudden a swarm of guys, like five or six guys, started chasing after him," the victim's husband said.

The random assault came with no warning or words exchanged.

"I had a gut feeling a few seconds before he hit me that he might be dangerous."

The victim was a 17-year-old young man visiting the city from Nashville, Tennessee, with his parents.
