Dog owner Joseph Columbus was arrested in a New York courthouse Thursday for failing to turn in two pit bulls that attacked multiple dogs.

The owner failed to appear in court or surrender his pit bulls. “I’m concerned that the dogs are still out there, unmuzzled,” the judge said.
