Shootings, public pooping and pedestrians’ fears of reckless drivers were among the issues discussed at Saturday’s 24th Precinct Community Council meeting held at the Firemen’s Memorial at 100th Street in Riverside Park. 

The 20th precinct (59th to 86th Street) held its monthly community council meeting on Monday night, and reviewed recent crime stats.

So far this year, burglaries, robberies and grand larcenies have been on the downswing in the 20th precinct, which covers the Upper West Side below 86th street.
