Police say the man shown in surveillance footage at left was spotted “rubbing his private area” in the 66th Street subway station on the Broadway line. They released the following description:
“It was reported to police that on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at approximately 1545 hours, a 64-year-old female witness was on the platform at the 66th Street/Broadway subway station, when she observed an unidentified male rubbing his private area in public view. The male fled in unknown direction.
The person wanted for questioning is described as a male with a bald haircut, 50-60 years old, 5’6″ and 160lbs; last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and white sneakers.
