Suzzy & Maggie Roche, two-thirds of The Roches, are doing a holiday show benefit concert on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Church of St. Paul and St. Andrew. Admission starts at $20 and a portion will go to support the work of the church. Tickets here.

Some intrepid Upper West Siders have been helping out Sandy victims at their new organizations UWSLoves. “In just three short weeks, we have fed over 1500 people all from an apartment on the West Side of Manhattan.” Learn more here.

In honor of Ravi Shankar, who just died, Christine Chen Will fill the studio with his music at her 6:30 class at NY Loves Yoga.

A new twitter feed (@SeinfeldToday) imagines what would happen if Seinfeld were still on the air. It started on Sunday and already has more than 150,000 followers. The plot lines may make you nostalgic: “Kramer accidentally restarts the Occupy movement. Jerry’s new girlfriend (Emily Mortimer) watches Fox News. George offends a black coworker…Jerry gets in a fight in the Trader Joes line. George’s Netflix thinks he’s gay. Elaine has to get One Direction tickets for her boss’s kid. ” You don’t need to have a twitter account to read it.

Once, poor artists bunked at the Hotel Des Artistes on 67th Street. Now apartments are on the market for more than $5 million — plus $7,347 in monthly maintenance! (Curbed)
