Such a sad situation. I’ll never understand why the general public isn’t notified right away when this happens. Imagine how many people may have seen him sitting on a park bench or even walking around the neighborhood and thought nothing of it. When the Citizens App was still fairly new there was a whole team that would send out alerts and actively look for missing children and adults. Not sure what ever became of that.
