An Upper West Side woman has been missing for nearly 20 days, police announced on Monday morning.
Icea Kiser, 29, was last seen leaving her apartment building at 840 Columbus Avenue, near West 101st Street, at 3 a.m. on June 26, police said.
She is 5 feet 7 inches tall, 140 pounds, with dark eyes and black hair, NYPD said. She was last seen wearing a pink hooded sweatshirt and a blue skirt, police added.
