An Upper West Side stoop received a Valentine’s Day makeover sometime in the past week.
In anticipation of Friday’s holiday, the stoop, on West 82nd Street between Amsterdam and Columbus, has been refitted with sweethearts candy carrying cute messages, wreathes, lights, flowers, a cupid, and more.
On one of the hearts there is a QR code for Simon Wallace Design, a company that specializes, in part, in holiday decor.
“Did you think we forgot Valentine’s Day?” the design firm wrote on its Instagram with a photo of the Upper West Side stoop. “Hope you’re all cuddled up with someone you love!”
The Upper West Side stoop has a reputation for festive decor, as it also gets stylized for other holidays, including Halloween.
Here are a few more photos of the festive entryway.

This stoop always brings holiday joy to us. We make a detour to pass it whenever we are running errands. It is a westside treasure. Thank you to the powers that be.
Your neighbors
Really nice. Kudos to the homeowner.
They always do a beautiful job for every holiday! This is lovely, but their Halloween display is my personal fave.
Really charming, especially with snow. Looks like an old-fashioned Valentine’s Card.
Thank you for sharing your joy with us, your neighbors, we are truly grateful. Blessings!!!!
It’s dangerous, deadly! Snow is not shoveled and there is no access to a railing.
So cool, I love festive.
❤️ Happy Valentine’s Day💕
I know I’m getting older and cornier as I find myself enjoying even the more frivolous holiday decorations more each year.
