What to Expect from Your Well-Paid Maids Home Cleaning

Well-Paid Maids is committed to industry change by paying cleaners at least $27 an hour and providing benefits, like insurance and paid time off. This creates a better experience for our employees — and our customers.

It starts with scheduling online. When you book a cleaning, you choose a specific appointment time — not a large window — so you know when your cleaner will arrive. If they’re delayed, they will call or text you.

You can also note any instructions or special preferences. This is a great way to let your cleaner know if there are specific rooms to avoid or if you have pets to consider. If you will be away during the cleaning, leave access instructions, but it’s perfectly fine for you to hang around. If you’re working, we can be mindful of meetings.

Your cleaner will arrive with everything they need, including products rated safest by the Environmental Working Group. This ensures the safety of our cleaners — and you and your family.

All cleanings include vacuuming and mopping as well dusting and cleaning countertops, tables, mirrors and major appliances. We also clean all sinks, toilets and showers.

After the cleaning, feel free to leave any feedback. You can request the same cleaner next time, who can get to know your preferences. We also have a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy, so call if you have any questions.

Get started by booking online.

Please limit comments to 150 words and keep them civil and relevant to the article at hand. Comments are closed after six days. Our primary goal is to create a safe and respectful space where a broad spectrum of voices can be heard. We welcome diverse viewpoints and encourage readers to engage critically with one another’s ideas, but never at the expense of civility. Disagreement is expected—even encouraged—but it must be expressed with care and consideration. Comments that take cheap shots, escalate conflict, or veer into ideological warfare detract from the constructive spirit we aim to cultivate.
