Love it!
“Real estate advice”
I had to find a new UWS rental after my condo owner unexpectedly sold. In the midst of a few days where I toured 3 apartments in one day, I dropped into Charlotte Cafe for the first time (95 and Broadway). When one of the nice young employees asked how my day was going, I said stressful…hunting for a new apartment.
Ah…. she said. Maybe you should try the east side?
I knew where she was coming from, but she didn’t know me. 25 years in the neighborhood and counting. I know where home is and found my new one. Keep looking!
