You just need nearly $13 million.

Liam Neeson, the “Schindler’s List” and “Taken” star, just listed his Upper West Side apartment for an eye-catching number.

Neeson put his high-rise condo in the Park Millennium building at 111 West 67th Street on the market this week for $12.75 million, according to a listing.

The apartment on the 28th floor has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, nine total rooms, panoramic windows with views of Central Park, a library, a home gym, and more.

Neeson is a longtime Upper West Sider, as he bought the apartment with his late wife Natasha Richardson in 1999 for $3.9 million. Constructed in 1994, the building is part of the Lincoln Square mixed-use complex at the site, and has also served as home to other celebrities, such as Howard Stern and Jon Bon Jovie.

It is also not the only local address Neeson has had.

He owned a co-op at 91 Central Park West, between West 69th and 70th streets, from 1995 to 2010, along with a unit at 80 Central Park West, between West 68th and 69th streets, from 2019 to 2022, according to Crain’s NY, which was the first publication to report on the latest Neeson listing.

The megastar is clearly a fan of the blocks within the uppers 60s.

Corcoran real estate agent Deborah Grubman and Level Group agent Amy Himes have been hired to broker the deal.

You can check out photos of the apartment at 111 West 67th Street — HERE.

Sometimes I’m jealous, sometimes I’m not.

Today I’m not.

Regis Philbin lived there as well.
A friend had one of the penthouses on the 54th floor, with a tiny balcony facing east. Was scary to be on the balcony.

An opportunity was missed to write “good luck” after “You just need nearly $13 million.” 😂

Used to run into him and his famous family in the tiny elevator, when visiting friends at 91 CPW…and of course there were many years when it was impossible to go anywhere in the West 60s without running into him. The “good old days” when Nick & Tonys was our kitchen!
