200K income requirement seems high for the more expensive units.

That’s for a family of 5 people and those are the units reserved for people with slightly higher than average incomes for the neighborhood. We always worry about housing for those in the middle range of income and sadly 200k doesn’t go far for a family around here.

You’re muddying the issue.

200K per year may not be “enough” to many, but it more than covers a rent of a few thousand dollars per month.
